To provide our clients with a professional pest management proposal, our servicing agreements are compiled as follows.

 

 

Site Survey

  • Inspect all areas to be managed.
  • Identify the pests and critical control points.
  • Identify the risks involved if chemicals are to be used and the problems the pests may cause.
Controlling and Monitoring
  • Determine the appropriate monitoring system to be used.
  • Determine thee corrective actions required.
  • Identify the records to be kept and how they will be analysed.
  • Evaluate the program.
Preparing the Proposal
  • Provide the client with a service register.
  • Include treatment details and pests to be managed.
HACCP REQUIREMENTS

Occupational Health and Safety requires pest management in the food industry to comply with HACCP requirements.
  1. Ironbark Pest Control incorporates the following 7 principles of HACCP into all of our pest management programs:
  2. Identify the hazards and analyse how severe the risk is.
  3. Identify the critical control points.
  4. Establish the critical limits for each control point.
  5. Decide how the critical limits will be monitored.
  6. Decide what action will be taken if the critical limits are breached.
  7. Keep thorough records.
  8. Verify the system is working.
